Are you worried that your spouse might be cheating on you? If so, you’re certainly not alone. Infidelity rates are now at an all-time high. We wanted to show you a quick and easy way to find out if your spouse is being unfaithful.

There are more and more people that are hiring private investigators to “spy” on their spouse. However, you don’t need to go to such an extreme! Whenever we get an email from someone who is considering using a private investigator to see if anything “fishy” is going on, we always recommend using the following method first.

This method is quick, incredibly simple and will barely cost you a dime. There are only three steps you need to follow so let’s go over each of them one-by-one.

Step #1 - Could Your Spouse Be Cheating?

In the first step you need to be a touch on the sneaky side. You will need to get a hold of your spouse’s cell phone for about 15 minutes so you can look at it without worrying about anyone walking in and “catching” you.

There are many different times you can choose to do this - perhaps your spouse just stepped out to the store or mall without their phone of they have just jumped in the shower. Just make sure you have in around 15 minutes of alone time with their cell phone.

Now that you have their phone in hand you are going to look at their call history that is stored on their phone. You want to look for both the ‘incoming’ and ‘outgoing’ call history list. When you find it, write down every phone number that you see on a piece of paper.

When you are making your list, you can leave off any phone number that you know you recognize. You just want to make sure that you are writing down each and every phone number that doesn’t look familiar to you.

When you are done, put the phone back and move on to the next step.

Step #2 - How To Find Out If Your Spouse Is Cheating

Now that you have a list of every phone number that your spouse has called it’s time to find out exactly who they have been talking. With just a phone number, you can find out someone’s full name, address, family details and background information.

How is this done? There are companies that pu together databases that contain information on the owner information for every phone number (this includes cell phone and unlisted numbers). These companies then let people search through the database to find out information on any phone number they want to “investigate”.

This type of service is available online to the general public. It’s called a “reverse phone search” and will instantly how you the person’s name and details right on your computer screen.

This type of service does carry a small fee but it isn’t expensive. One way to save money is to look for a company that charges a one-time only fee for unlimited searches in their database. This way you don’t have to pay for each and every search you run.

Run down your entire list and conduct a search on each phone number. Make sure to write down the information you find out about each one on the same piece of paper.

After you have finished doing this, it’s time to move on to our final step.

Step #3 - How To Find Out If Your Spouse Is Cheating

This last step is where you can to “put it all together”. Once you have a list showing exactly who your spouse has been talking you, I can guarantee that anything suspicious will jump off the page at you.

Pay attention to the names that you see on your list. There are many times that people will suspect that their spouse is seeing someone else in particular - if this fits your situation, does that person’s name show up?

When you know who your spouse has been communicating with, it’s easy to see if there is reason to think that they might be cheating. This easy “detective’s trick” gives you a simple way to discover if your spouse is being unfaithful and see if you are being treated with the respect you deserve.
